Warm-toned bricks and metal pipes with a taped red downpipe at the photo's centre. Buzzer has scribed a personal message on the broken tape for someone, but available to all, to read. Vintage industrial interior photograph from the Richard Heeps series Ordinary Places. It was Richard's first colour collection and was shot between 1986-1991, and it instantly won acclaim with an exhibition at The Photographer's Gallery. The collection has toured around the country exhibiting in many museums and galleries, being appreciated for Richard's unique aspect of capturing England on the brink of change. In 2016, he released a new edition of 25 printed in 11" x 11" to celebrate 30 years of his career, they were shown as part of his 30 Year Retrospective at MIA Photo Fair Milan.

It is signed and numbered on reverse accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
